Dans la lune is a blend of Caladoc, Syrah and Grenache from France. Made and bottled in Chaam. Fermented with the whole bunches. A fruity, medium full wine with dark forest fruit and some eucalyptus, soft tannins and blackberries. Nice and light with only 11%!
We are fortunate to be able to import the wines by Niloufar from Rotterdam! We can call her a Flying winemaker, as she has made wine at Nibiru in Austria, at Dassemus in Chaam and she is now based in Catalunya. We have her wines made in Chaam, from grapes purchased from Hungary and the South of France. Unfiltered and without added sulfites!
