Zion, one of the most special wines we have from Matthias. He is one of the few to mature his wines before releasing them. Whole bunches of Gruner Veltliner from the oldest vineyards are pressed and fermented in the Vatican. The result, a matured wine with structure and power, which is nice to drink but can be left even longer. A food wine, a gift wine, simply a beautiful wine!
