Chardonnay! The grapes are picked by hand and then aged in old wooden barrels so as not to give off too much flavor from the wood. The wine then remains in barrel for another 2 years before being bottled unfiltered and released. A beautiful elegant Chardonnay with fresh acidity and little wood flavour. 

Matthias Warnung farms his 10-hectare vineyard in Kamptal, Austria, after taking over the business from his father in 2010.
