
Woohoo this is so delicious! Hand-picked Zweigelt grapes are fermented whole bunches to undergo a semi-carbonic maceration in steel. The wine is then soaked with the skins for another 14 days and is kept in barrel for 2 years. The result is crazy. A soft, fruity Zweigelt, easy to drink, no iron aftertaste but fruit, yes!
