Oof... what can we say about this. This is so beautiful! The muscat grapes are aged in barrel, damijohn and steel and then blended. With prior 13 days of skin contact, you can taste this lightly, some tannins, but otherwise the minerality shines through. Not too aromatic, just very elegant and balanced. And then also so low in alcohol. Very little of it!
