Coming from a 60 year old parcel of Grenache in Nyons, Southern Rhône. Terraced vines on steep slopes with a very stony soil made of schist and granite. The cool winds retains the natural acidity in the wines, resulting in a fresh Grenache. 21 days in a vat with whole clusters, native yeasts fermentation and aged 7 months in old Burgundy barrels. Unfined and unfiltered. Delish.
