Domaine de la Chappe is located in Tonnerre, Northern Burgundy and near Chablis. Vincent took over his father's vineyards in 2003, planted in the 1980s, when the vineyards in the Tonnerre region were revived by him after the phylloxera. Vincent processes the vineyards purely organically and works with a hands-off mentality in the cellar, so no intervention! The wines are always energetic, mineral and special.
