Wermutlich Rose is a project between Erich und Michael Andert and friends. Made of Zweigelt, coming from Anderts vineyards but they infuse the juice with herbs from their vineyards and garden. They use spirit made of their wine, yeast and grapes and a little of Demeter honey. Bottled after one year with no added So2. Very herbal, juicy and special.
