This is special. Amos has teamed up with the Dias Perez family in Tenerife to produce this line of wines. This one, the Listan Prieto, is a local grape variety that has completely disappeared from mainland Spain today. Only found in the Canary Islands. This vineyard is located at 1400 m altitude on the Teide mountain. So volcanic subsoil and you can taste it. 

Rose, cherries, berries, even pine. Light, refreshing, a kind of Jura plus. amazing.
