
Orange wine from Viteadovest, Marsala Sicily. Grillo + Catarratto with 15 days maceration on the skin, 18 months on the lie in stainless steel. 40 year old vines from Petrosino with clay soil. Nice orange wine, serious but smooth. Vincenzo owns 5 hectares of vines up to 100 years old. He uses the Albarello method, so they are all bush tendrils. He has very low yields and picks everything by hand.
